  • OF COURSE HISTORY ………

What was your favorite subject in school?

I originally come from a science background. However, after completing my graduation, my interest gradually turned toward history. Many people often say that studying history requires a lot of memorization and that there’s no point in learning about what has already passed. But I believe that’s not true — history is not just about knowing the past; it is about understanding the present and shaping the future.

History teaches us how to live. It is not merely read; it is experienced. There’s a saying that goes, “If you wish to atone for your sins, study history.” In truth, history holds a mirror to our mistakes, our achievements, and the long journey of our civilization.

That’s why, for me, history is not just a subject — it is an art of understanding life itself.

  • Idealism and Practical Life: A Teacher’s True Inspiration

    Introduction

In life, every person is a teacher in some form. Some teach through words, others through their actions and experiences. But real education is not taught by speaking — it is shown by living.
In today’s world, people are quick to give advice, to deliver lectures, to talk about morals — yet they rarely follow their own words. This difference between saying and doing reflects the true contrast between idealism and practical life.

    Lessons from My Own Life

As a teacher, I’ve often felt the weight of this truth. On days when I forget to trim my nails or when my hair is unkempt, I hesitate to tell my students to stay neat and clean. It feels wrong to preach something I’m not practicing myself.
Teaching is not just about words; it’s about example. Children do not merely listen — they observe. What they see in us has a deeper impact than what they hear from us.

The Conflict Between Idealism and Practicality

Life always stands between two paths:

    1. Idealistic living — based on moral principles and values.
    2. Practical living — based on real-life situations and adjustments.

Many people live practically but present themselves as idealists. When they achieve success, they often hide their practical struggles and display only their ideals. This creates confusion for others — they start believing that success comes from ideals alone, while the truth is that success needs practicality as its foundation.

    The Role of Ideals

This doesn’t mean ideals are meaningless.
Ideals give us direction, while practicality shows us the way forward.
Ideals inspire us to become better, but practicality teaches us how to walk that path.
When both work together, life becomes balanced and meaningful.

    What Is True Inspiration?

True inspiration doesn’t come from speeches or grand words.
It comes from living what we say.
The person who practices what they preach becomes a true motivator.
A teacher becomes respected not by their words, but by the unity between their thoughts and actions.

    Conclusion

The greatest ideal of life is to live what we teach.
Practicality keeps us grounded, while idealism helps us rise higher.
The balance of both shapes a complete and fulfilling life.
One who embraces truth and practicality becomes a true source of inspiration for others.

  • 🌿 Humanity – The True Purpose of Life

What’s something you believe everyone should know.

In today’s world, success is often measured by position, fame, or wealth.
Society tends to call someone “successful” when they have material comfort and recognition.

But the true meaning of success goes far beyond that —
“Becoming a good human being should be the ultimate goal of life.”

🌱 What Does Humanity Truly Mean?

Knowledge, skills, and education can all be taught,
but humanity cannot be learned from any school or course.
It must be awakened from within an individual.

A true human being is someone who —

    Understands the pain of others,

    Shows empathy,

    Lives with honesty,

    Helps selflessly, and

    Practices moral values.

These qualities define humanity — not power, wealth, or fame.

💔 The Reality of Today’s Society

Sadly, the definition of being “human” has changed over time.
Today, people with high positions or money are considered ideal humans,
while the true values of kindness and compassion are often ignored.

Every day we hear heart-wrenching incidents that reflect the decline of humanity in society.
A good human never harms anyone.
He always works for the well-being of others, the community, and the nation.

🌼 Living Humanity in Real Life

The qualities of a good human written in books are not meant to stay in words.
They must be brought into our actions and daily life.

When we start living with compassion, honesty, and empathy,
we contribute to building a civilized, sensitive, and beautiful society.

    🌟 Conclusion

True success is not about power, position, or prestige —
it is about being a good human being.

Humanity gives life its true meaning
and becomes the foundation of a peaceful and progressive world.

  • Being a Kid at Heart: The Secret to a Happy Life

What does it mean to be a kid at heart?

In one way or another, those who stay kids at heart are the happiest people in life. Why? Because they always carry the curiosity to learn something new. Just like a child who wants to explore every little thing around them, a person with a childlike heart keeps learning, growing, and finding joy in simple moments.

In today’s world, many people feel that once they’ve gained a little knowledge or completed their studies, they already know everything. But the truth is — learning never ends. A wise philosopher once said, “The moment a person realizes he knows nothing, that’s when real growth begins.”

It’s also true that learning doesn’t always come from the elders. Sometimes, even small children teach us deep lessons about life — about patience, honesty, joy, and simplicity.

We should be content when it comes to wealth, comfort, or desires. But when it comes to knowledge, we must never be satisfied. Because that little sense of “I still have more to learn” is what keeps us moving forward in life.

So, stay curious, stay humble, and most importantly — stay a kid at heart. That’s the real secret to a happy and meaningful life.

  • To Go to the Moon or to Make Earth a Better Place

How much would you pay to go to the moon?

In today’s world, where people are deeply fascinated by space travel and dreams of walking on the moon, the question — “How much would you pay to go to the moon?” — becomes an intriguing one about life experiences. But honestly, I have never looked at it from that perspective.

As an ordinary person, even if I ever get the opportunity to go to the moon, I would still prefer to stay on Earth and do something meaningful for the environment and society. In my view, true happiness does not lie in setting foot on an unknown planet, but in improving the lives of people around us.

When I see those who sleep under the open sky, on the streets or footpaths, gazing at the moon, I feel that bringing even a little light into their lives would be my greatest success and satisfaction.

This is not a negative outlook in any way — it is simply a reflection of my personal beliefs and life philosophy. Perhaps that’s why the idea of going to the moon has never found a place in my mind — because for me, Earth is the most beautiful place, as long as we pledge to make it better.

  • 🌱 Finding Joy in Small Changes

What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?

When we were young, everyone used to say — “Set your goal in life.” At that time, I was still studying, and my thoughts and circumstances kept changing with time. Eventually, I decided to aim for the administrative field. I worked hard, gave my best, and stayed committed, but the results didn’t turn out as expected.

That setback didn’t break me — instead, it taught me the importance of having alternatives in life. That’s when I decided to go for Plan B — preparing for the position of a school lecturer. This time, both destiny and determination were on my side, and I succeeded.

In the beginning, I found it hard to connect with this profession. I often felt that I wasn’t doing justice to my work. But gradually, as I started interacting with students and experiencing the joy of teaching, my interest grew stronger. Now, I truly feel that this profession brings out the best in me.

Over time, I’ve realized that we don’t always need big changes to feel fulfilled — sometimes, small, consistent changes bring the greatest happiness and satisfaction.

Along with my main profession, I’ve also stepped into blogging and e-commerce as alternative career paths. These not only offer an additional source of income but also provide a platform to express my thoughts and experiences with a wider audience.

Apart from this, I’ve always had a deep connection with environmental conservation. Every year, on my child’s birthday, I organize the planting of 1,000 trees. It’s a personal commitment, and I’ve seen its positive impact in my school community — students and staff have become more environmentally conscious.

I’m not writing this to appear idealistic or to make an inspiring blog post. These are simply my true thoughts and heartfelt reflections, shaped by real-life experiences and emotions.

    Conclusion:
Sometimes life doesn’t take us where we want to go — it takes us where we’re meant to be. The key is to keep learning, keep adapting, and embrace every small change that comes our way — because these small steps eventually lead to our greatest destinations. 🌿

  • Mental Health: The Silent Struggle of Our Time

In today’s fast-paced world, more than half of the global population is struggling with some form of mental issue — whether it’s anxiety, stress, depression, overthinking, or dissatisfaction.

Unlike physical illnesses that can be seen and easily diagnosed, mental problems often remain invisible. Most people fail to recognize them, and even when they do, they find it difficult to distinguish between a mental problem and a mental disorder.

易 A Mental Problem Is Not a Disease

The first thing we must understand is that a mental problem is not a disease. It is a state of imbalance — a phase where the mind loses its calm and clarity.

When a person is going through such a phase, labeling them as “mentally ill” or “sick” can make the situation worse. What they really need is understanding, patience, and empathy.

We must help them realize that what they are experiencing is a problem that can be solved, not a permanent condition.

律‍♀️ Two Ways to Heal the Mind

    1. Self-Healing and Inner Effort
If the issue is mild, one can overcome it through yoga, exercise, meditation, and positive mental engagement.

Spend a few minutes daily in silence or meditation

    Read uplifting books

    Spend time in nature

Shift your focus toward creative or joyful activities

These small habits gradually strengthen the mind and help regain peace.

    2. Professional Help
When the problem feels too heavy to handle alone, seeking help from a psychologist or psychiatrist is the right step.
Sadly, many people hesitate to visit a mental health expert because of the stigma attached to the word “mental.” But consulting a psychiatrist is as normal as seeing a doctor for a fever.

With proper therapy and medication, a person can restore emotional balance and rebuild confidence.

 The Power of Support and Environment

A person dealing with mental stress needs a supportive, understanding, and judgment-free environment.

    Listen without interrupting

    Avoid judging or labeling

    Offer emotional support and encouragement

When surrounded by such positivity, individuals begin to believe in themselves again — and that’s where healing truly begins.

️ The Role of Spirituality and Self-Belief

Spirituality plays a powerful role in bringing mental peace.
When a person learns to connect with their inner self, self-confidence grows naturally.
Faith in oneself becomes the foundation for overcoming any emotional struggle.
