What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

If I ever get a chance to skip a part of my daily routine, I would choose to skip the time between 6 to 8 in the evening.

That period often feels a bit negative to me. After spending the whole day working, I start feeling anxious or low during those hours.

It’s a strange time when the mind becomes restless without any clear reason. That’s why I try to stay engaged in some activity — like playing, exercising, or doing some productive work — to keep myself calm and positive.
